Pricing: Recovery pricing depends on the tools and steps required. The $160 diagnostic helps us determine whether recovery is feasible and what level of work is needed.

Timing: Many cases are quoted around 3–7 business days. If a mail-out partner is needed, estimates are commonly 7–10 business days.

Should I keep trying to turn it on?

If it’s clicking, overheating, or was exposed to liquid—no. Power cycling can worsen damage. For software issues, limit use and avoid installing tools or updates until we evaluate it.

Do you guarantee recovery?

No one can guarantee recovery in every case. We’ll tell you what’s realistic after diagnostics and recommend the safest path forward.

What do I need to bring?

Bring the device/drive and any relevant accessories (enclosures, cables, power adapters). If it’s a Mac, bring the charger. If it’s an iPhone/iPad, bring the device and passcode if you have it.
