What to expect

Usually 1–3 minutes
  1. Select the appointment type (Mac, iPhone, AirPods, Trade-In).
  2. Pick your date and time.
  3. Enter your info and a short description of the issue.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking.
Which appointment type should I choose?

Choose the device category that best matches what you’re bringing in (Mac / iPhone / AirPods). For trade-ins, select “Trade-In Drop Off.” If you’re unsure, book the closest match and add a note.

What should I bring?

Bring the device, any relevant accessories (charger/cable), and your Apple ID password if you’ll need to disable Find My or sign out. If you have AppleCare+ info, bring that too.

How long does an appointment take?

Most check-ins take 10–20 minutes depending on the issue. Repairs and turnarounds vary—your technician will confirm options after check-in.

Scheduling notes

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can keep the schedule on time.
  • If you need to change your appointment, use the confirmation email (or call us).
  • Back up your data when possible. Some repairs may require restore/reset procedures.
  • For trade-ins, please remove personal data and disable Find My if required.
